BossFact 01: The #cat held by Don Vito (Marlon Brando), featured in the opening scene of The Godfather, was actually a stray found in the Paramount lot. The cat was not originally called for the script and it's purring muffled much of Brando's dialogue. As a result most of the lines had to be looped.
The cat has been interpreted as representing hidden claws beneath Don Vito's warm front.
Now that's one #bosscat!
