Q. Can I order a custom product with an animal other than my dog?  Cat? Donkey? Chupacabra?
A.  Of course, we love all your creature friends! Big, small, furry, or scaly, all pets are welcome and should be represented like a boss! We only request that you own the rights to any photo you submit. 
Q. How will I know if I'm going to totally dig my "BossArt" and custom product?
A. You will receive a proof of your BossArt via email after you purchase your custom product, and upload a picture of your dog/pet. Your BossArt is the artwork we create of your BossDog that will be printed on the custom product/s you ordered. We want you to totally dig your BossArt, and for it to represent your BossDog/BossPet justly. We will work with you to make any changes necessary until you are happy :)
Q. Can I have more than one dog/pet on my shirt?
A. We can customize up to two dogs/pets on a shirt for an additional fee of $10 per pet. You can submit a photo of both, or individual photos of each dog/pet. There is an option to add additional pets when you place your order. 
Q. How do I know if the photo I have will work.
A. We have created a photo guide to help you! We will try our very best to work with the photo you upload. If the photo is not suitable for creating high quality BossArt we may ask you to submit another one. If you have a question about choosing an image for your custom product/s, feel free to email us a photo or photos prior to your purchase and our team will help! 
Q. How long do I have to wait before I receive my order?
A. After you purchase and submit your photo, you will receive an email with your Boss Artwork for approval within 3-5 business days, each piece of BossArtwork is individually created by our graphic artist. Once the artwork is approved, you should receive your order within 7-12 business days if you are in the US. This time frame depends on which method of shipping you choose, and the location of shipment. International orders can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks to receive. 
Q. Can I have my artwork printed on more than one product?
A. Yes! Once your artwork is created you can have it printed on as many customizable products as you want, and at a discounted price! 
Q. Do I get to choose the colors for my artwork?
A. Yes! You can choose up to 3 colors to incorporate into your artwork. If you can’t decide, we can offer some suggestions and will send you several variations of your BossArt to choose from.
Q. What happens if the item arrives and it’s not exactly what I imagined?
A. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds page
Q. Can I have my artwork printed on Signature products?
A. No you can only have your artwork printed on the products offered in our Custom Collection. Signature products are predesigned products that represent the BossDogs™ or BossCats™ brand. Our signature collection is dedicated to our mission to celebrate the K9-human bond and raise awareness/funds for the limitless accomplishments that can be made by dogs and humans working together as a team. $2 from every signature product will be donated to a charitable organization that helps dogs and people in need.
Q. Can I order a Black Custom Tank? Why are some of the Custom Products only offered in White?
A. Unfortunately no. In order to maintain high quality images of your BossDog™ the apparel we print custom designs on must be 100% cotton. Unfortunately black tank tops and some of our other garments do not meet this requirement. 
Q. Are there any special care instructions for my custom shirt?
A. All custom apparel should be washed with care. Wash inside out with like colors on a cool temperature, air dry all black and colored shirts. We do not recommend putting your BossDog or Cat in the dryer. For detailed washing instructions click here.
